How do I become a member?

Become a member by visiting our Support page and selecting your desired membership level. Fill out the transaction form at the bottom of the page and provide a valid credit or debit card number to complete your order.

If you need further assistance, membership staff is available Monday through Friday from 10am–6pm to process or renew your membership. Email membership@icamiami.org or call 305-901-5272 ext. 255.

How do I renew my membership?

Renew your membership by visiting our Support page and selecting the membership program you wish to renew or upgrade. Select “Renew” on the transaction form at the bottom of the page and enter your membership ID email to access your account.

How do I find my membership ID email?

The email address you provided at the time of purchase is your membership ID email. Provide this email online and in-person to access reserved seating at public programs, purchase discounted tickets, discounts at the ICA Shop, and more.

I’m a member. How do I purchase discounted tickets?

When purchasing tickets, sign in to your account by entering your membership ID email. After signing in, the discount should automatically appear.

What are the benefits of becoming a member?

Each membership level has its own perks and benefits. All of our members enjoy VIP opening cocktail receptions for major exhibitions, 10% off the ICA Shop, exclusive discounts at participating Miami Design District retailers and restaurants, free neighborhood parking, and more.

Higher-level members enjoy invitations to intimate gatherings around Miami including gallery visits, artist studio tours, and exclusive programming during Miami Art Week.

When does my membership expire?

Your membership is valid for a full calendar year from the date of purchase, and expires on the last day of the month.

I’m a student/artist/senior. Do I qualify for a discounted membership?

Yes, students, senior citizens, and artists qualify for discounted membership at the Individual level for $30. Please provide proof of eligibility by emailing a scanned or photographed copy of your student ID, state-issued senior ID, or professional CV or website to membership@icamiami.org.

Can I bring guests with me to member events?

Yes. Depending on availability, Individual and Dual/Family members are permitted to bring one additional guest to public programs at ICA Miami. Next members and above are permitted to bring 2 or more guests. If you wish to confirm availability for additional guests in advance of your visit, membership staff are available Monday through Friday from 10am–6pm to assist you.

Where do I find information on exhibition openings, public programs, and member events?

Subscribe to our newsletter or visit our calendar to stay up-to-date on public programs, exhibition openings, and ticketed events. Member events can be found here. We also host a Facebook Group dedicated to showcasing member events and exclusive content.

Can I give a membership gift through my charitable trust, foundation, or donor-advised giving?

Yes. Please call 305-901-5272 ext. 255 or email membership@icamiami.org for assistance.

How much of my membership is tax-deductible?

ICA Miami is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, and memberships are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.

Membership at ICA Miami is fully tax-deductible.

Can I share my membership with a family member or friend?

Yes, Dual/Family members and above may assign an additional cardholder. If you would like to add an additional cardholder to your membership, please email membership@icamiami.org with their full name and contact information.

I lost my card. How do I get a replacement?

Don’t panic! Email membership@icamiami.org or call 305-901-5272 ext. 255 to Inform our membership staff. You should receive your replacement membership card in the mail within 2–3 weeks.

What is the easiest way to update my contact information or check my membership status?

Ask our staff during your next museum visit. You can also email membership@icamiami.org or call 305-901-5272 ext. 255 with the updated information or with any membership status questions.
